Not just for sports people but for anyone having issues with a particular area, suffering with an injury or wanting to aid recovery. Sports massage is the manipulation of soft tissue & can assist in correcting problems and imbalances.

Payment Policy * New clients are required to pay for their first treatment in full at the time of booking* Cancellation Policy *To cancel or re-schedule an appointment please give at least 24hours notice. Appointments cancelled on the day or failure to attend will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost if re-booked or full cost if not.
